coach_godbyCoach Tim Godby, a college basketball player and middle school teacher, never coached or saw girls' lacrosse before he took over the Milton program in 2005. Since then he has successfully guided the girls program for four consecutive Georgia state championship victories in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. Coach Godby's work ethic is dedicated to establishing one of the largest lacrosse clubs in Georgia. He has helped the growth of lacrosse not only at Milton High School, but throughout our community. Under Coach Godby's dedicated service to Milton lacrosse, Milton has produced more NCAA Division 1 players than any other school in GA.

Tim is married to Jamie Godby and has a newborn daughter - Lynlee, who will be a future star at Milton one day.
