The Milton Girl’s lacrosse team has had great success the past four seasons. In 2005, they became the first public school to win a State Championship in lacrosse. In 2006, they won their second consecutive State Championship. The 2006 team was also recognized by US Lacrosse Magazine as one of the top 25 teams in the nation. In 2007, the Milton Girls won their third title, and in 2008 their fourth consecutive State Championship. The Milton program has produced players who have played lacrosse on the collegiate level at: Alabama, Auburn, Furman, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Jacksonville, Michigan, Vermont, and Virginia Tech. During the past four seasons Milton players have received 10 All-American and 28 All-State Honors.
The success of the program and the players has been made possible through corporate and individual sponsorships over the past four years. As a non-profit organization, we rely solely on sponsorships in order to maintain our current program needs and plans for our growing program. Our program goals are to expand and advance the level of lacrosse in the area, help young women develop as individuals and leaders, provide scholarship opportunities, and ultimately provide a positive, enthusiastic environment for young women in our community.
We are seeking your support in meeting our 2008-2009 season goals, as we look towards another successful season and record crowds and supporters at each game. There are several levels of sponsorship for the program which provide its sponsors promotional/advertising opportunites. All contributions are tax-deductible as we are an IRS approved charitable organization with 501x (3) status. We hope that you will consider one of the following contributions, and we welcome any questions you have about these or other sponsorship contributions.
Level 1 - $1,000: Sponsor Logo on Lacrosse Stadium Banners, which will be displayed throughout the 2008-2009 Season
(25+ regular season Varsity/JV/Feeder games & 4 playoff games), and a link on the Girls Lacrosse website.
Level 2 - $2,500: Stadium Banner and Website Link (as defined above) + Scoreboard Advertisement during all home games (25+ regular season Varsity/JV/Feeder games & 4 playoff games).
Level 3 - $5,000: Stadium Banner, Website Link, Scoreboard Advertisement (as defined above) + Full Page Advertisement in all home game programs (25+ regular season Varsity/JV/Feeder games & 4 playoff games).

Discuss the timeline for sponsorship funding and when funding is necessary to be included in the above programs.

Once the contribution is received, you will receive a signed certificate of donation (with our tax ID), for your tax records.
A Sponsorship Committee Member will contact the individual identified by your organization or the person listed on the donation certificate, in order to coordinate all related activities associated with your Sponsorship Level program.
